About the Position
The Ready Games is looking for a Head of User Acquisition (UA) who is data driven, understands product development and has a deep understanding of conversion success. The Head of UA must grow the company’s player base by optimizing creative performance UA campaigns across third party networks and social channels.
The Head of UA will be responsible for multi-million paid media budget. This position reports to Ready’s CEO.
What you’ll do
Plan, execute and analyze user acquisition campaigns across gaming performance UA channels
Manage a six figure monthly UA budget
Analyze product performance based on key metrics, such as ROAS and LTV
Develop best practices and define key KPI’s to ensure success (then beat them)
Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance on a regular basis
Effectively communicate results, goals, and strategies to management team
Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas of improvement to optimize key unit economics through recommendations
Recommend strategies to improve usage and positioning of Ready Games on paid media platforms
Create new and foster current relationships with advertising partners
Stay up to date on the latest innovations with user acquisition trends, shifts in market dynamics and emerging platforms
Take the lead on your own portfolio of advertising networks
What you’ll need
3+ years experience managing paid marketing or UA campaigns, preferably in gaming or mobile
Have a deep understanding of user acquisition funnels
Have successful relationships with key personnel from stakeholders in user acquisition networks
High-level proficiency in Google sheets and working with large data sets
Detail-oriented and analytical with a strong results-oriented, metrics driven approach to problem solving - especially in regards to tracking performance of UA campaigns
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of Mixpanel an asset
Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry an asset
Experience working within a startup an asset
Strong Facebook UA experience
Passionate about gaming
